I'm now offering virtual Animal Flow classes. Animal flow is a primal ground based movement that builds strength, endurance, and mobility. 

Animal Flow Class: We will learn and drill Animal Flow based movement and in each class you will learn a new flow. Best for Beginner/Intermediate flowists with some basic Animal Flow knowledge.

FlowBITs class: Animal Flow inspired Bodyweight Interval Training. This is a bodyweight HIIT class that you can do anywhere with minimal space.

Bells & Beasts

Christie!  I had a wonderful time on Saturday.  I thought the presentation by each instructor was top notch.  Informative and fun.  I left there wanting to know more.  I would love to see another one in the near future.  And it was great to get Emerson started off early on his fitness regimen. :)
