All classes must be completed within 60 days.

Aqua Fitness 

MONDAYS 4:00 PM BEGINNING JUNE 3.

This class blends Pilates, Barre, and strength training elements by incorporating various equipment such as the reformer, tower, chairs, Bosus, TRX, and kettlebells to maximize your time and results.

Classes are taught in six-week blocks, each designed to optimize results.

Space is limited to ensure each client receives individualized attention.
