Wellness is an active pursuit. As a trainer of 20 years, I align with clients to help them find freedom in their lives through optimal health. I offer strength training programs and Integrative Health Coaching. My strength programs are for people of all levels and abilities; they provide lots of options for you to progress. My Health Coaching is for those needing intervention in their healthcare. We will work together to build healthy, sustainable habits in several core areas: nutrition & lifestyle, sleep & rest, physical fitness, fulfillment & purpose, emotional well-being, and environment.
