Here at Doc's Fitness we use kettlebells, animalistic movements, and breath work to better ourselves everyday.                                                                                                  Community, Mental Resilience, and Having Fun are the core values that have built Docs into what it is today. In alignment with those values, it's the kettlebell technique learned, the sweat equity expensed, the guided breath work, and the communal "suffering" that is embraced with each workout that steers the ship of the Doc's Crew in the direction of daily victories.
