Kettlebells & Calisthenics

The reality is, life delivers a handful of daily stressors our way and it can be difficult dodging all of them. Prioritizing an hour of discomfort to an already full plate of responsibilities is daunting to say the least. My goal is to help you simplify getting into shape by practicing realistic and sustainable habits with simple strength training solutions using kettlebells, calisthenics, gymnastics, and mobility strength training. I'll help you get into the best shape possible conveniently from home or in the gym so that you can focus on what matters most to you.
