                                                                                                                                                                 Kai Cook, owner and Lead Instructor, is the 1st female in Deep End Fitness to license a location, in the world! She was a competitive swimmer for 10yrs, water polo player, Laguna Beach lifeguard, competitive water skier & speed skier, competitive BJJ and elite level outrigger paddler. Kai eventually switched to Snowboard Cross and accepted an invitation to live and train at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. She is now the lead snowboard coach at the legendary Cochran's Ski Area.

This is where long-term and lasting healing occurs! 

Clients worldwide finally get access to our elite BreathWork normally reserved for DEF pool sessions. Led by Oxygen Advantage coach and DEFVT owner, Kai Cook. 

Learn how to warm up the lungs properly, utilize nitric oxide, build CO2 tolerance and drive large amounts of O into your cells. You will also learn breath patterns for exercise-induced asthma, anxiety, trauma, shifting from "fight/flight" to "calm/flow" within moments and ultimately experience stress as non-existent or positively and use to your advantage. 

Members has access to all classes during the month. Pick and choose or utilize every class available, it's up to you!
