Swim Run Practice and Introduction
A few members and instructors had such an amazing time participating and volunteering at the Austin Swim Run, hosted by our friends at Otillo. Join multiple-time competitor and Deep End Fitness Instructor Braden Bell leading a group Swim Run style simulation. This will be a ZERO DROP group effort, meaning no one will be left behind. When everyone registers, we'll send out detailed instructions on what equipment you'll need to bring.
