Steelmace/ Macebell Coach

I have been a trainer/coach since 2000. I spent my youth as a competitive Equestrian taking my career all the way to national levels. As an adult I have enjoyed participating in a robust and diverse set of activities from marathons (10 of them), long distance cycling races, bodybuilding (3 shows), and various obstacle races. I train myself and clients implementing both conventional (dumbbells, barbells, bodyweight) and unconventional ( steelmace, kettlebells and clubs) tools. I private train both in person and virtually and am the lead RowCoach at the Rowhouse here in Frisco, Texas.
