Primal Nature Play

I have been a lover of movement all my life!!!

I am co-creator of Primal Nature Play, which approaches daily movement as a playout.  The main philosophy is listening to your body (somatic understanding), then giving it what it needs in the moment, while making it fun and creative.  Too often we get locked into a program and push ourselves too hard on days when it would have been better to go lighter!  My intent is to bring Primal Nature Play to you, with ideas on how to create your own nature play!
