Plenty of options from in person classes, virtual one on ones to 6 week programs.
All populations can select what is best for them.
My job is to keep you active, healthy and strong for longer. We use specific tools for high reward/ low risk workouts.
Certified as a Personal Trainer with NCSF, Pilates, Animal Flow and Kettlebells.
