Yoga Therapist

With over 30 years as a yogi, I bring a depth to my teaching that satisfies your soul and your body. My background as a yoga therapist informs the integration of somatic movements, strength-building and emotional support you will experience. I encourage students to experience themselves as they are, in this moment, accepting and celebrating their unique bodies, minds and whole selves.

Each Monday I live stream and record a new, all-levels yoga class, as well as a weekly meditation, and add these to the library.

My on-demand library also contains dozens of 60-minute classes, recorded at 3 Oms.
