As a life-long athlete and fitness enthusiast, Brian is passionate about helping his clients safely and efficiently meet their fitness goals through functional training, kettlebell training, and mobility training.

All in all, Brian aims to help his clients establish the habits and discipline to make fitness a fun & enjoyable lifestyle.

You can catch brian leading one of the 305 Kettlebell Club classes in Miami Beach. When Brian is not training his clients, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors and hanging out with friends and family.
