Jeremy Flores is a NASM certified personal trainer with specializations MMA conditioning, kettlebells, and boxing. Jeremy is a lifelong martial artist with over 10 years of training in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

In addition to martial arts, Jeremy focuses on strength training for functionality in daily life, as well as combat sports. He uses modalities such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and steel maces, to name a few.

As a coach, Jeremy promotes a fit to fight lifestyle; one in which the practitioner is always ready so they never need to get ready.
