Certification Weekend Schedule
Friday, November 7 (6 hours)📍 Carbon Performance, The Nations, NashvilleThe weekend kicks off with a full-day intensive at Carbon Performance, focusing on foundational kettlebell techniques. Participants will delve into:
Mastering essential movements: swings, cleans, windmills
Learning various progressions and regressions to tailor exercises to individual needs.
Understanding how to integrate kettlebell training into diverse fitness programs.
Saturday, November 8 (3 hours)Sunday, November 9 (3 hours)📍 PRVN, Cherry HillThe certification continues at PRVN in Cherry Hill, aligning with the broader Bellfest activities. These sessions will cover:
More essential movements: swing, press, snatch
Advanced kettlebell techniques and complex movement patterns, including: palm cleans, step-up snatch, half-kneeling exercises, traveling kettlebell skills
Developing and implementing kettlebell complexes and flows
Strategies for programming kettlebell workouts for various populations
