Ready to build strength, boost energy, and feel more confident from the inside out? This 12-week program is designed to challenge and support you every step of the way—whether you’re joining from home or showing up in person.  We meet every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM Central Time, virtually or in person, for high-energy, full-body cardio kickboxing and strength workouts that leave you feeling strong and empowered.  On the days we don’t meet, you’ll get guided workouts to keep you moving, plus weekly recipe inspiration to help you fuel your body and stay on track with your goals.  You’ll also become part of a supportive group focused on motivation, accountability, and celebrating progress together. Whether you're looking to tone up, gain energy, or simply feel better in your body, this program is here to guide you.  Consistency. Community. Results. Hi, I’m Ashley—coach, educator, and everyday motivator behind this 12-week transformation program. I created this experience for real people with real lives who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their wellness—without the overwhelm.

As a certified fitness coach and lifelong learner, I bring a balanced approach to training that goes beyond just workouts. I believe fitness should be sustainable, supportive, and even fun. Whether you’re just starting out or jumping back in, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are—and help you build something that lasts.

This 12-week journey blends movement, mindset, and motivation to help you unlock your potential. You’ll have access to structured workouts (live and on-demand), simple nutrition support, and ongoing encouragement to keep you accountable and inspired.
