I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Russian Kettlebell Coach, and owner of Empower Fitness and Wellness! I am passionate in helping every human of all abilities feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies through movement. I want to help you become the best physical version of yourself, so you can live your life free of pain and injuries, and full of energy and strength. 

When you take class with me, expect to train your body as a unit rather than as individual muscles. Classes are a combination of strength, power, mobility, + cardio.

All access to recorded classes that you can do anytime, anywhere, with coaching throughout the workout. 

The details:
-Workouts are ~30 minutes
-Double KBs + heavier KBs recommended
-Other equipment you may use: resistance band, ab wheel, pull up bar, occasional dumbbells
