This is a 4 week in person program held in partnership with Providence Parks and Recreation. Classes will be held at 11:00am on Tuesdays in June (6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28) at Brown Street Park in Providence, Rhode Island.
This is a full introduction into the basics of swinging wooden clubs. This is made for all levels of fitness and experience.
Movements covered will be gentle and basic and can be altered to fit any level of flexibility, coordination, strength, etc.
*Foam clubs are provided for those who are new to the practice or do not have their own set of wooden clubs.*
**Please feel free to bring your own clubs.**
