Over the years, I have explored and delved into various practices and disciplines such as Yoga, Acrobatics, Capoeira, Dance, Climbing, and Fire Spinning. My mission as a teacher is to inspire people to adopt a movement practice that goes beyond simply improving strength, flexibility, and aesthetic appeal. A meaningful practice allows for exploration of the body in the fullest way and facilitates physical/mental growth, self expression, playfulness, and creativity.
