Building Community Through PLAY!

Making friends as an adult can feel harder than it should. In a world where socializing often revolves around bars, expensive outings, and small talk, finding authentic connection can be a challenge. That’s why Adult Recess was created—to bring people together through the joy of play, movement, and FUN!

Adult Recess isn’t just a group that meets to play tag or dodgeball at the park. It’s a community of inclusion & connection. Here, your uniqueness is celebrated, and everyone is welcome—whether you’re a lifelong athlete, a weekend warrior, or just someone who misses the carefree feeling of recess as a kid!

We believe in the power of play to break down barriers, allowing friendships to form effortlessly.
No awkward networking events.
No forced small talk.
Just real people, real laughter, and real connection.

If you’re looking for a place where you can be yourself, make friends, and move your body
—all while having a blast—
Adult Recess is for you!
