Why is Adult Recess moving to a membership model?

1️⃣ Events are reaching capacity – Our most popular events (water balloon fights & pool parties, anyone?!) fill up fast. Membership ensures that those truly invested in the community always have a spot at our most sought-after experiences.

2️⃣ Scaling to new cities – Adult Recess has grown organically since day one, but to bring this movement to cities nationwide, a strong structure is essential. A membership-based model will help us establish that foundation so we can spread the joy of play far and wide!

3️⃣ Taking AR to the next level – I’m officially establishing Adult Recess as an LLC, securing liability insurance, and investing in web platforms to enhance the experience. These upgrades come with higher costs, which is why event prices are increasing. However, memberships will make participation more affordable while also creating a stable foundation for AR to keep growing!

Regular drop-in rate is $20 per class. A class pack gets you 5 events for the price of 4!

Purchasing a class pack does NOT guarantee you access to sold-out events. 

Classes expire 6 months after purchase.
