My name is Tae-woo Kim or WaeTooFit, based in San Francisco, CA.

I specialize in powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and Animal Flow and represent SF as Regional Leader.

I am an ACSM-certified personal trainer of 10+ years and an online nutrition coach certified through Precision Nutrition and NCI (Nutritional Coaching Institute).

I focus on body control/awareness, injury prevention, and strength training for most of my clients to help them achieve their fitness potential.

I am a lover of movement and explore my body in different ways either with equipment or just with my body and mind.
