Greetings! I’m a Traditional Tantra Yogini weaving āsana (physical postures), mantra, dhyāna (meditation), prāṇāyāma & bandha (breathing exercises) & Āyurvedic massage. After studying at Shri Kali Ashram in 2019, I’ve witnessed a personal transformation in my inner & outer worlds. I believe in the potency of Traditional Tantra to restore life force (prana) & hormone balance, release tension & heal trauma.
