Friday Night Sweat - Metkon RX Express 30 Min. Strength

I did my Friday Night Sweat sesh on a Sunday morning and it was the perfect way for me to start my day! Got a little bit of strength and cardio to kick me into high gear and give me that boost of energy I needed. I was definitely a little sweaty afterwards too!
