Marco is a fitness trainer and business owner with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is a Senior RKC Instructor at Dragon Door Publications, where he organizes and runs the HKC, RKC, and RKC II Certifications worldwide. He is also the owner and operator of Momentum Fitness, LLC, a facility that offers high-quality training services to a diverse clientele.

Marco has multiple certifications and skills that enable him to design creative and effective training sessions using various tools and techniques, such as kettlebells, clubbells, sandbags, TRX, and Olympic rings. He is a corrective exercise and injury rehabilitation specialist, a USAW Sport Performance Coach, a pre/postnatal trainer, and a NASM-CPT. His mission is to help people achieve their fitness goals and improve their health and well-being.

Due to his extensive experience and qualifications, Marco has become highly sought after for his training/rehabilitation specialties by some of the top Orthopedic Surgeons at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City.
