BUILT BY THE BELL

I am an internationally certified strength coach with over 25 years of experience.

My journey began with barbells and dumbbells, but kettlebells stole the show
in 2015 for their versatility, efficiency, and ability to build strength for any lifestyle.

My classes focus on practical, full-body strength training tailored to your unique needs.

Every session is about building strength, improving movement, and unlocking confidence in a supportive, no-nonsense environment.
