My mission is to enjoy a very happy and healthy life doing the things I love while helping others do the same. My passion for movement has led me to becoming a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and kettlebell coach. It has taught me so much about who I am as a person, how to treat my body, and also how to treat those around me. I believe in cultivating healthy habits through awareness, a growth mindset, and the power of choice. There is a beautiful life waiting behind the walls of a gym and I can show you how to get there. This stuff can be hard. We’re stronger together.
