I'm Lea (she/her) and I'm a movement coach, Buffy lover and cat mum. I live in Melbourne, Australia. 

I coach rad humans all over the world using tools like Steel Mace, Indian Clubs, Kettlebells and flow ropes, with a focus on exploring movement, developing the skills to step into flow and turning movement into something you want to do. 

This includes having a good time while trying hard stuff and learning new things.
