EF365, Fitness for all 365 Days of Life!

Kamy is the founder of Evolution Fitness 365.  I believe in smart cross training that supports your life’s passions.  The EF365 training program is an annual fitness training cycle including 4 specific training periods/program focusing on Strength, Endurance, Metcon & Lifestyle Maintenance.  I graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management.  In July 2014 I purchased my first gym location with my husband Curtis.  In 2023, I chose to move my training online to better fill the need for flexible, convient training options.  
I'm constantly seeking new ways to move & currently pursuing my Animal Flow Level 1 & LF-L2 Kettlebell certifications.  “I was gifted empowerment at time in my life when I needed it most.
