Sandy – Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach & Youth Wellness Mentor
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health goals. I’ve taught a wide range of fitness classes—from water aerobics and circuit training to personalized small group coaching—always with a focus on building strength, energy, and confidence.
My approach is rooted in the belief that fitness is more than just physical—it’s a lifelong journey toward vitality, balance, and joy. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across every life stage, from beginners just stepping into wellness, to older adults maintaining mobility and strength, to kids learning that movement can be fun.
In addition to personal training and customized one-on-one coaching, I offer a range of youth and family wellness programs designed to inspire all ages to move, explore, and thrive. These include:
The Wild Method (Kids, Tweens, Teens & Adults) – A signature program blending fitness, mindfulness, journaling, and nutrition in a creative, empowering way for every age group.
Little Cubs (Ages 4–6) – A playful introduction to movement and mindfulness through imaginative activities.
Gypsy Science Seekers (Ages 6–14) – Hands-on STEM adventures with nature scavenger hunts, experiments, and journaling.
Gypsy Glow DIY & Gypsy Art Explorers – Imaginative, sensory-rich programs that combine creativity with movement, wellness, and fun.
