Personal Trainer Fitness coach Evolution Ambassador Kettlebell Addict I'm a busy working mom who has personally reshaped my body & mind with strength training and loves to help others find their strength. My favorite modality is KBs(Kettlebells). I combine KB & bodyweight resistance training to increase strength, speed, and endurance which in turn reshapes the human body. My workouts are designed to keep your body burning calories long after you’ve completed the exercises. I’m living proof that you can drop dozens of lbs., increase physical/mental strength & even love to exercise - even in your 40s and beyond. Physical limitations? I get that too.
