We offer classes tailored to a variety of fitness goals and several monthly packages that provide savings if you plan to attend multiple classes a week. From cardio weight training, dance fitness to music of all genres, or modified workouts for low impact fitness needs, we  we will meet your fitness goals in a mutually supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Free nutrition mentorship available upon request.
