The workshop is 90 minutes and includes a warm up, introduction to the choreography, breaking down the moves, and then we will put it all together. This will be an event designed to embrace our sensuality, celebrate ourselves, and build our confidence through the movements. All moves can be modified to your fitness level so do not let the "fit" part stop you! All participants ages 18 and up are welcome! Wear an outfit your feel comfortable moving in. It can be sexy, casual, or whatever you want. I want you to feel confident! You may wear tennis shoes or socks to dance in. Heels are welcome, but definitely not required. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel because we are going to work, but also have a lot of fun! Space is limited so you MUST reserve your spot in advance!
