You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one. We all take part in athletic endeavours. Whether you ski, hike or climb, the more prepared you are the more fun you’ll have. I firmly believe that if you train everything you’ll be prepared for anything. I believe the kettle bell is the best and most misused piece of equipment in a personal trainers tool kit. I have multiple kettlebell certifications and have been taught by some of the best coaches. When used correctly, it can be the best and safest way to train.
