Hello! My name is Megan, welcome to my page! I developed a passion for health and fitness early on growing up a competitive gymnast. I have my B.S. from Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. So, a long fancy name for Exercise Science and Nutrition! I am now a 3rd year medical student. I hope you enjoy my workouts!
